- Vacuum versions (VWE, VWVE27, VWVE38X) need far less interrupter maintenance than oil-interrupting WE units.
- A matched control and cable add value.
- Counter reading and oil condition matter.
- Units built before 1980 may contain PCBs; we sample before an offer is final.
- We do not publish prices. Metal, demand, and condition move them. You get a written number for your unit.
The E at the end of the type means the recloser takes its trip and close commands from a separate electronic control. Because these reclosers use the standard 14-pin interface, they pair with Kyle Form 4C, Form 5 and Form 6 controls and with SEL-651R and SEL-651RA controls, which keeps old tanks in service after a control upgrade. All three phases trip, reclose and lock out together.

The label
The catalog number, straight on and in focus. For a pallet, one label per model plus a count.
The unit
Front, sides, and anything damaged. Doors open if it has them.
The lot
The whole pallet or shelf. New in box: the box labels.
The nameplate is on the recloser head or tank. Photograph it with the type, voltage, continuous current, and interrupting rating in frame. Photograph the control nameplate and the control face separately.
- 01Send the nameplate
Photos or a list with counts. Text, email, or the form.
- 02We read it and reply
During business hours, by whatever contact method you picked.
- 03You get a written offer
Per unit or per lot. A range if we need to sample or test, firm after. Freight is in the number.
- 04We pick up and pay
Our truck and our rigging. Wire or ACH within 3 business days of a passed inspection.
Freight: Single-phase hydraulic reclosers are light enough for a liftgate truck. Three-phase units and their frames need a forklift or crane. We plan it.
