SEL builds one control platform with different recloser interfaces, so the cable connector matters as much as the model number. The 14-pin interface covers legacy Kyle W-group and R-group electronic reclosers, auxiliary-powered NOVA, and G&W Viper-S. The 32-pin and 42-pin interfaces cover newer single-phase-trip reclosers such as Viper-ST, GridShield, Elastimold MVR and Siemens SDR. SEL has moved the 651R from steel to painted aluminum cabinets.

The unit
Front, sides, and anything damaged. Doors open if it has them.

The whole pallet or shelf. New in box: the box labels.
The nameplate is on the recloser head or tank. Photograph it with the type, voltage, continuous current, and interrupting rating in frame. Photograph the control nameplate and the control face separately.
