Siemens uses the WL breaker as the core of its replacement breakers for older gear, offering RLW replacements for RL and RLE cells and RLFW for RLF fused cells, plus versions for GE, Westinghouse and ITE cubicles. That makes WL breakers useful well beyond Siemens lineups. Older RL and RLE lineups carry Siemens-Allis or Allis-Chalmers names.
