Frame + interrupting letter + mounting letter, then poles + voltage digit + amps. P-frame writes amps in tens.
Interrupting class: D, then G, then J, then L, then R.
- High-value units. Electronic trip units (Micrologic) are common, and a complete breaker with its trip unit carries far more than a bare frame.
- Matched sets out of a switchboard sell better together.
- We do not publish prices. Metal, demand, and condition move them. You get a written number for your units.
P-frame catalog numbers write the amperage in tens: PJL36060 is 600A, not 60A. It is the most common misread on a P-frame lot, and it is why we ask for the label photo even when you send a list.

Yours not on the list? We still buy it. This is a sample of what trades, not a limit.

Three photos price most breaker lots.
The label
The catalog number, straight on and in focus. On a pile, line them up with labels facing the camera.
The business end
Line and load terminals, I-Line jaws or bolt-on tabs, and the trip unit or rating plug if it has one.
The lot
The whole shelf, bin, or pallet, with a rough count. New in box: the box labels.
Square D prints the catalog number on the face label. On PowerPact and Micrologic units, add a photo of the trip unit.
- 01Photograph the labels
One clear shot of each catalog number, or the whole shelf with labels facing the camera. A list with counts works for new in box.
- 02We read them and reply
During business hours, by text, call, or email, whichever you picked.
- 03You get a written offer
Per breaker or per lot. Subject to inspection on pickup.
- 04We pick up and pay
Our freight. Wire or ACH within 3 business days of a passed inspection.
Selling Square D PowerPact L, M, and P frames: what people ask.
Yes. Data center takeouts are often lightly used and well documented, which shows up in the offer.
Yes, but less. A frame without its trip unit sells to someone who already has a unit to put in it. Send the photo and we will tell you the difference.
Both. New in box, panel takeouts, tested used, untested used, and cosmetic damage all sell. Condition sets the number, not whether we buy.
We sort it from your photos into what resells as a unit and what goes by weight, then make one offer for the lot. Clear label photos are what make that fast.
