FAQ
The test sheet: TTR, winding resistance, Megger, oil screen, and DGA where history is thin. Reconditioned units add new gaskets, processed oil, and paint. You see the results before you wire money.
A new 5 MVA unit is quoted in years right now. A tested used unit ships in weeks. That gap is the whole reason this market exists.
Sometimes from stock, often from the network. Send the one-line requirement and the tolerance; a close unit with an engineering review usually beats waiting.
