Selling ERMCO equipment: what people ask.
Yes. Age does not stop a purchase. Older ERMCO units sell for spares, parts, or metal, and the nameplate tells us which.
Close enough for us. We buy equipment under every name ERMCO has carried, including Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative.
Oil-filled units built before 1980 may contain PCBs. We sample before an offer is final. We do not give disposal guidance on the web; call and a person will walk you through it.
Yes. Failed units are worth their core, windings, breakers, copper, and steel. Tell us what failed if you know.
Clear nameplate photos get a reply during business hours. A firm number may wait on inspection or testing.
Mixed brands on one job? Put them on one offer. We buy every manufacturer, including the ones that no longer exist.
